Who it's for

Two sides of the same matter:

• Agents — LSO-licensed lawyers and paralegals who already cover POA dockets and want a steady stream of overflow work, with payment guaranteed before they show up.
• Requesters — Lawyers and paralegals who need TBSTs, set dates, pleas, short docket trials, and full trials covered when their schedule has them in two places at once.

Why escrow

Both sides have been burned. Agents do the work and chase payment; requesters pay up-front and worry about no-shows. Card on file goes on hold the moment an offer is accepted, and is released to the agent after the disposition is uploaded and confirmed. The platform fee is 10%; agents keep 90%.

Why privilege matters

Court appearances involve client information that is confidential by default. The public calendar shows only the agent, the court, the courtroom, and the time — never the client's name. Documents the requester uploads stay locked to everyone except the assigned agent, and only after payment is held in escrow.

Verification

Every agent who appears in the directory has had their LSO number checked manually before they go live. The number is shown publicly on each profile so requesters can do their own due diligence.
