How it works

  1. 01 Post or request. An agent says “I’ll be in court X on date Y,” or a lawyer says “I need a TBST covered.”
  2. 02 Agree on price. Either side can name their number; the other accepts or counter-offers.
  3. 03 Funds held. Card on file is charged on acceptance and held until disposition.
  4. 04 Court date. Documents unlock for the assigned agent. Calendar shows agent, court, courtroom, time only — never the client.
  5. 05 Disposition + payout. Agent uploads the outcome; 90% releases to the agent, 10% platform fee.

Verified agents only

Every listed agent has had their LSO licence number manually verified before they appear in the directory.

Privilege protected

Client names are never shown publicly. Court documents stay locked until acceptance and payment, and only the assigned agent can open them.

Escrow-backed payment

Funds are held in Stripe escrow on acceptance, released after disposition is confirmed. No chasing invoices.
